Strange is a relative term, especially in California, but I thought it was perhaps somewhat strange that Caitlyn Jenner was running as an outsider for governor of California, as a Republican.
There was a recall of Governor Newsom because he is basically a piece of crap, and millions of people signed a petition to recall him, but that might be in jeopardy if they can’t win the recall vote against him.
He was widely criticized for the hypocrisy of forcing restaurants to close while he attended a party with his family at the same time, among many other crazy, hypocritical rules and laws.

He told churches to close, while keeping strip clubs open, to the point that one pastor even joked that he had to take his clothes off to follow the ridiculous restrictions.
Getting back to the main point in the title, Arnold Schwarzenegger was the only guy to ever win a recall election in California in the past, there are two questions on the ballot about Newsom, first if he should be recalled, and who should replace him.
I haven’t heard of any of the other candidates, which would suggest that the most likely winner at this stage could be Caitlyn Jenner, although there’s also a former adult film star running as well.

I mean, what can I say about this? I think Caitlyn Jenner seems to be the preferable option, certainly better than Newsom, although I’m only going based on everything I’ve heard about him, which is bad.
From everything I’ve heard about him, he’s one of the most corrupt, hypocritical, two faced lying weasels ever to be governor of California, but every time you think it’s as bad as it could be, it might just get worse.
